Philippe has been with GROUPAMA Rhône-Alpes Auvergne since 2007, and currently oversees all customer experience technologies and innovations. Prior to this role he ran R&D at GROUPAMA and deployed IT solutions to provide improved customer service. He is the project owner of the disruptive mobile app “Groupama toujours là” and also the disruptive innovation, the social network for producers, “granvillage”. Philippe has over 20 years of experience in the contact centre market, his expertise in technologies includes CTI, VOIP, SIP, WebRTC, Asterisk, Mobile, IoT and more. He is also a former IT developer.
